Kat Von D is officially engaged thanks to twitter.

You know we are living in a new world when you ask someone to marry you on a social media site.
Deadmau5 did just that by asking Kat Von D if she would marry him on twitter.
Deadmau5 whose real name is Joel Thomas Zimmerman only had 140 characters or less to propose he tweeted "I can't wait for Christmas so.... Katherine Von Drahenberg will you marry me?" he included a picture of her engagement ring and said "They'll finish the actual ring soon I hope."

Kat,age 30 replied yes, and thanked all her twitter fans for their congratulations.
She then tweeted "Please excuse me while I go squeeze the hell out of my fiance.'
This will be the first marriage for both.
Kat was engaged to Jesse James until the famous cheating scandal.
Anyway I wish them both the very best.
