While Ashton Kutcher's career is at an all time high, his marriage of 6 years will soon be over.
Demi Moore annouced she was filing for divorce on Nov. 17th, the 49 year old actress knew in her heart it was over when Ashton didn't fight harder to save their marriage.
Ashton is 33 years old and at the peak of his career and I think that is a factor in his relationship with Demi, I mean it has to be hard for her because she was one of Hollywood's hottest female actresses for the last couple of decades and for her husband to lose interest in her, it has to hurt.
I think it will work out for both of them in the end,I look for Demi to remarry an older guy soon and a huge Hollywood comeback from her would not surprise me at all.
Don't worry Demi it is Ashton's loss.

As of today the jury has been in deliberation for 9 hours in the trial of Michael Jackson's doctor Conrad Murray, he is facing 4 years in prison and the loss of his medical license if he is found guilty in this case.
Conrad Murray is a ladies man.
He is a player, Conrad Murray is known to frequent gentlemens clubs and to date women who work in them,three different women have testified in court that they met Conrad Murray in a gentle man's club and ended up dating him.
He is constantly on the phone - The prosecution even said that he got so many phone calls that it could have affected the level of care that Michael Jackson recieved.
Dr. Klein - who was not allowed to testify in court and was accused of getting Michael Jackson hooked on demeral said he did not get Michael Jackson hooked on demeral and said they are trying to damage his reputation and to lay the blame on him.

The inquest of Amy Winehouse death has come back and the results are that she dies of alcohol poisoning.
She did not have any illegal drugs in her system.
Alcohol toxicity was the official cause of death and Amy had 5 times the legal amount for driving in Britain.
I am still saddened by her death but I am happy that they have found out the actual cause of her death so her family doesn't have to worry about how she died anymore and they can have some closure.

Dr. Conrad Murray in my opinion will be found not guilty in his trial, although I believe he was partly responsible for the death of Michael Jackson his defense team is simply winning this trial
Yesterday a key witness for the defense nurse practioner Cherilyn Lee, who had notes advised Michael Jackson not to take propofol and Michael said to her that doctors had told him it was fine.
Cherilyn got so upset she had to take a break during her testimony.
I also thought she was very credible because she called her doctor and found out all about propofol and read about it in a PDR before she told Michael not to take it.
It seems to me like they are saying that Michael was doctor shopping to get anyone up there to give him the propofol, and they are trying to make Michael look like a drug addict when really all he wanted was to be able to go to sleep.
Also Cherilyn Lee told Michael that he may not wake up if he took the propofol.
Today the defense has several witnesses scheduled to testify as to Dr. Murray's level of care & compassion to them or in other words building his credibility. I have no idea why it is even being allowed because in my opinion it has no relevance in this case.
The defense also may close as soon a Thursday or even today if they can get 2 key witnesses to appear.
Both witnesses are doctors, one is an expert on the drug propofol Dr. Paul White and the others testimony is unclear to me.
One thing I can tell you for sure is, whoever was so careless to leave propofol around so Michael Jackson could administer it to himself should be found guilty,but the prosecution has done nothing in this trial to make it clear that Dr. Murray was that person. (In my mind)
I was giving propofol once when I had a colonoscopy and it messed me up so bad I couldn't even hardly think for at least a full 24 hours, in this trial they have testimony that propofol will not make you foggy or unable to think clearly and I am telling you with 100% certainty that it make me very foggy and I was messed up unable to hardly think for hours.
I would never even consider taking propofol without having an anesthesiologist there monitoring me,I can't even imagine how tired Michael Jackson must have been. R.I.P Michael
An intersting fact about Michael Jackson - since he died is the highest paid celebrity and not just by a little, last year he earned 125 million dollars the next closest was Elvis earning 55 million.

Steve died peacefully surrounded by his family from respritory arrest caused by pancreatic cancer that had spread to other organs,he had been fighting illness for the last few years. Everything is going up due to inflation, but in my opinion a service like netflix changing their members fees from $10.39 a month to $16.62 (these figures include taxes) without offering anything new is a mistake.
I have been a member for several years now but I will be saying goodbye to netflix before I get charged again next month, I don't watch enough streaming movies to justify paying that much for one rental out at a time and I get Starz already with dish network.
I don't think I will be the only one cancelling my membership, I have read several tweets on twitter of people complaining about the higher cost of netflix.
I guess I'll just be using redbox more often or go back to buying DVD movies again.

I am a singer and I play guitar.
It takes at least a year to learn the basics of rhythm guitar.
You never can master the guitar,you just keep practicing and getting better.
Singing can come naturally to some people,but most have to practice until they get good enough to sing onstage. Usually it takes a couple of hours to learn to perform a song.
Then after you get the ability to perform you must have equipment.
A basic set up for a small bar band is gonna cost you a couple of thousand dollars for P.A.
Then you figure the cost of a guitar can be several hundred dollars.
So it is expensive to be a musician.
There are a few benefits of being a musician!
You get to do what you love You can be your own boss You meet some interesting people
When you get the right crowd and the right band it can be a magical experience
If you are considering becoming a musician for a profession, I would recommend that you have another trade that you can fall back on, unless you are ready to move to a large city where you will be able to find work.
I would also recommend that you learn the art of songwriting,and perform your own music. This way you can make extra money from your writing and you can also sell your own cds.
These days you really need to treat yourself like a brand, and promote the brand.
I would recommend you hire a professional photographer to put yourself a PR kit together, which would include a cd with 4-5 songs on it with a short bio and picture.

Bruno Mars did a amazing job of paying respect to the recently departed Grammy award winning singer Amy Winehouse,before they performed the song Valerie,Russell Brand (Kate Perry's Hubby) took the stage and said some kind words then Tony Bennett took the stage and showed some video of Amy singing Jazz,it was a surreal moment to me,I have to give credit to Bruno Mars for the amazing tribute.
Even though Amy was a soulful jazz style singer, I thought that Bruno Mars did an amazing job performing although it really isn't their genre of music, they showed so much zest and energy and love,it was amazing.

A 5,8 magnitude earthquake centered in Virginia - gave the east coast a big shake,I felt in here in Alabama.
Believe it or not it shook New York city sending people running out of office buildings and businesses like the world was coming to a end.
It was one of the strongest quakes ever to hit the east coast and it left many people in shock,marveling at what just happened.
To me it is amazing at how long the quake lasted, it shook for a solid 30 seconds which seems like 10 minutes when it is happening.

In New York people feared for their lives as buildings swayed. The floors underneath them buckled and many thought that the office towers they work in would collapse at any second. A friend told me that it was the scariest thing he has ever experienced. He said when it hit he was in his office on the phone and at first he didn't know what was happening,his pictures shook off the wall,he got off the phone and ran for cover under a conference table in a nearby room and then it was over.
