Goodbye to my old friend:Netflix

Everything is going up due to inflation, but in my opinion a service like netflix changing their members fees from $10.39 a month to $16.62 (these figures include taxes) without offering anything new is a mistake.


I have been a member for several years now but I will be saying goodbye to netflix before I get charged again next month, I don't watch enough streaming movies to justify paying that much for one rental out at a time and I get Starz already with dish network.


I don't think I will be the only one cancelling my membership, I have read several tweets on twitter of people complaining about the higher cost of netflix.

I guess I'll just be using redbox more often or go back to buying DVD movies again.


Since I won't be watching netflix it will leave me with more time to:

• Play Guitar
• Play with the wife
• Play Xbox 360 - I haven't done this in years
• Exercise more
• write more
• Blog more
• play with my dog more
• Ipod more
